Preparation Steps
Wash and dry molokhia leaves thoroughly.
Heat chicken or meat broth; keep at a gentle simmer.
Add molokhia in batches; stir briefly and simmer 10–15 minutes without hard boiling.
Fry crushed garlic and dried coriander in ghee until golden; pour over molokhia and serve.
